Work is now well underway to construct a new holiday village at The Bay, Filey, North Yorkshire.
The Development, 150 acres spanning 550 meters of beach front on the old Butlins Holiday Camp Site will comprise 689 No. dwellings of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and apartments plus an 80 No. bed hotel and leisure complex and other ancillary/support facilities built in phases over the next 2 – 4 years.
