The project comprised the construction of a new three storey office accommodation for a company of chartered accountants. Services included general lighting and power (including automatic lighting controls)
fire alarm system, emergency lighting, CCTV, door access, lightning protection, heating, domestic services and ventilation systems. Due to the design of the building and the extent of glazing, particular care was taken to ensure compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations.
