Refurbishment and remodel of 2 areas of the 4th floor of the Leech Building, University of Newcastle to create Fibrosis Laboratory and Diabetes Laboratory including Tissue Culture Rooms, Imaging Rooms., Microscope Rooms, Freezer Rooms, Write up space, office accommodation and break out space.
Services generally renewed/upgraded to include general ventilation/process ventilation, heating, cooling, de-ionised water, medical gases, automatic controls. Electrical services include lighting and controls, emergency lighting, power, fire alarms, door access, freezer temperature alarms and IT network cabling.
