New build 22 retail unit shopping centre with central mall facility and roof top car park, providing outlets for a number of the countries major retailers. BES were working in conjunction with a design and build team headed by Carillion Building, to provide M&E services facilities comprising heating/mechanical ventilation, lighting, power, fire alarms, security/CCTV systems, smoke control system, sprinklers, with stub services to
each of the shell finish retail units. Each retail unit is also provided with mains services provided via a
fully integrated infrastructure network.
