Refurbishment of the leisure complex facilities and associated areas of this listed building 4 star hotel establishment on the outskirts of Leeds. Areas included swimming pool, changing areas and associated lounge and bar and beverage facilities. BES involvement was to design/site monitor the mechanical and electrical upgrade/refurbishment works.
