This proposed new build elderly extra care residential development is presently undergoing the planning process. In consultation with the Client and the Planners BES has been responsible for developing the renewable energy strategy for this landmark project with the aim of achieving BREEAM Multi-Residential Very Good rating.

The new scheme will be developed on a brown field site and will include gas fired centralised boiler plant incorporating a combined heat and power unit, amongst other LZC technologies.
