Conversion of a 7 storey listed building previously used as a grain mill. The building was completely gutted (including the removal of grain silos) leaving only the facades and internal floors. The development now houses 45 No. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to extra care standards and extensive communal facilities including catering kitchen/dining, internet café, laundry and lounges with riverside views and a roof top garden area.
