It is the policy of BES Consulting Engineers Limited that every member of our organisation shall endeavour to ensure that the Company's services are of the highest quality and shall exceed the requirements of Clients the Company and where applicable Regulatory. It is one of our Corporate Objectives to continually strive to enhance the quality of our services to all our customers.

To achieve this aim we have introduced a formal system of Quality Management practices, contained in a series of documented procedures. These procedures fully meet the standards specified by BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Quality Management System reinforces our compliance with Statutory requirements and existing Company procedures, by ensuring that inspections and checks on critical activities are performed and verified by appropriately qualified personnel, and that records of the checks are maintained.

The Company imposes strict operational standards on both Company and Sub-contract personnel throughout the course of a project. Adherence to this management system will aid in the achievement of our Corporate Objectives of continuous growth and increasing returns for stakeholders. The Management System shall be subject to periodic review to ensure continuing suitability, and a commitment to continually improve its' effectiveness.

It is the responsibility of all Company staff to understand and conform to the requirements of the Corporate Quality Manual, and it's associated procedures. The management will ensure that all staff remain aware of the importance of objectives and a framework exists to review and monitor company objectives at periodic intervals.

The Company recognises the value of the workforce and as such is committed to continual staff development by evaluating needs and providing training for all personnel.
