Refurbishment/conversion of Grade 2 listed building formerly the old library to form a central research facility, to accommodate development of combined faculty research projects. The facility comprises lecture/ seminar and conference rooms, full commercial kitchen and restaurant/café area.

Services include air conditioning/mechanical ventilation, heating/domestic services, lighting, power, data, audio visual, fire alarms and security systems, and fully integrated with the university’s central building management system.
