Refurbishment of a 1970, 19 storey residential tower block (the tallest building in the city centre). The project comprised of the refurbishment of 133 apartments and landlords areas including electrical re-wires, new heating/hot and cold water services, new kitchens and sanitary ware, access control door entry systems, CCTV and complete new rain screen cladding system to improve the buildings thermal efficiency
and provide a complete new facelift.
