New build administration and student accommodation building in the grounds of Durham Castle (National Heritage site).

The project comprised of administration offices on the first floor with 6 No. student study bedrooms complete with en-suite facilities on the lower floor. The building was serviced independently in respect of heating and hot and cold water services, with electrical, fire alarm and emergency lighting fed from the adjacent/linked gatehouse building, to allow interface with the Castle services facilities.
